Reserving the Accessible Art Cart

Art in the Orchard 2025 is here! If you use a wheelchair, cane, walker, or simply find walking the sculpture trail difficult, you can enjoy the show comfortably with a free ride on our Accessible Art Cart.

Schedule

• Fridays (afternoon only), Saturdays, and Sunday (afternoon only)
• August 30 – October 26
• Morning rides: 10:30 am
• Afternoon rides: 1:30 pm
• Tours last 45–60 minutes

How to Reserve
Call Chris at 413-570-5314. Please provide:

• Your name and phone number
• Preferred date
• Number of people in your group

Reservations are confirmed only after we speak with you. Please call at least 24 hours in advance—availability depends on drivers and scheduling.

Accessibility Notes

• The cart has wheelchair tie-downs and seatbelts.
• Wheelchair users may transfer to a seat if preferred.
• Grounds can be uneven in places and the cart sways a lot.
• Caregivers are welcome.
